Swift-Guard has been developed to provide a simple safety fencing system that would be more durable and better quality than its competitors, easier to install and more aesthetically pleasing.

After leaving the world of large automated handling systems to start Swift-Tech and promote the Swift-Guard products, Managing Director David Courtney decided to add other factory safety products to his catalogue: cranes.

Just as he wanted to offer new, innovative safety guarding products, David was going to be selective about the types of cranes he offered. When he discovered Altrac, an Australian product that hadn't yet hit the European market, he knew he had found the right product for Swift-Tech. This product is used to build cranes and fall arrest systems and boasts the same features as Swift-Guard: strong, durable, simple to install and attractive.

Swift-Tech is proud to be the sole distributor of these products to both the UK and European market.

Bomac was founded in 1984 by the same engineers who originally created the Altrac products and continue to work on their ongoing development. Bomac materials handling products are used in many industries including manufacturing, automotive, mining, and food and beverage processing.

Bomac Engineering is Australian owned and all products are not only Australian made, but designed and sourced as well to ensure the integrity and quality of the raw materials.
